British Racing School Wins Award

The British Racing School was awarded the Agriculture, Environmental and Animal Care Apprenticeship Provider of the Year Award at the Annual Apprenticeship National Awards ceremony on Mar. 3. Hosted by the Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP) and FE Week, the ceremony took place before the new Secretary of State for Apprenticeships and Skills Gillian Keegan MP at the Annual Apprenticeship Conference Gala Dinner in Birmingham, which recognizes providers offering outstanding world-class apprenticeships.

“The BRS is open 365 days a year offering training and education to young people from all walks of life, preparing them for a career in horseracing,” said BRS Chief Executive Grant Harris. “To win a national award for apprenticeship provision is recognition of the dedication and amazing work of all BRS staff. To do so in front of a national audience of the country's leading apprenticeship providers and the Minister for Apprenticeships and Skills capped a wonderful evening. Our thanks go to AELP and FE Week.”
